Group Functions
Tailored according to your budget, we can facilitate up to 20 people depending on the availability and treatment packages required.
Our dedicated manager will ensure that your event unfolds as planned.
We offer delicious cake and coffee/tea combo`s (R100) or a light lunch (R100) to be enjoyed between treatments in our relaxed and tranquil environment.
Spa Day Options for Groups
Option 1: 8-10 guests
- Breakfast quiche and small fruit salad
- One cup of coffee or tea (self-help service)
- One 30min spa treatment (Back massage, Foot scrub and massage, Express mani/pedi)
- One glass of Mooikelder MCC
Option 2: 4-5 guests
- One 60min spa treatment (Body massage, Classic mani/pedi)
- One cup of coffee or tea (self-help service)
- One individual cake from our cake selection
- One glass of Mooikelder MCC
Please Note:
We recommend that you keep to 30min treatment options if you have a larger group;
If possible, send through the name and individual treatment requests prior to your function date. This ensures the day runs smoothly;
If you have gel on your nails, we will have to limit your choice of treatment to a foot scrub and massage.
We cannot accommodate any add-on treatments during your function slot, but we can gladly assist you with additional treatment requests before or after your function.
Send through any special requests prior to your treatment date – we will try to accommodate you wherever possible.
Food & Beverage Options Available:
- Vegetarian quiche with a side salad
- Breakfast quiche with a small fruit salad
- Cake selection (to be confirmed before the function date)
- All food options include one cup of filter coffee or tea
- Still or sparkling water and fruit juices available at an extra charge of R15
- Mooikelder MCC, white or red wine available at an extra charge
Included in Our Package Fees:
- Use of champagne glasses, wine glasses, juice/water glasses.
- Plates, cutlery, coffee cups and mugs;
- Table cloths and napkins (grey/white);
- Ice (limited);
- Filter coffee/ tea for larger groups will be served as a self-help option
- We will have a cleaning lady available to assist with the function
