Conferencing at Mooikelder

Mooikelder farm is situated in Northern Paarl in the heart of the Cape Winelands. We offer a Conferencing experience in our Manor House, which the farm was famously named after, that dates back to 1835. The elegantly furnished room with comfortable seating is configurable to your requirements. This venue is ideal for conferences, meetings, brainstorming sessions, or product launches.

Mooikelder boasts spectacular views over our vineyards. We strive for tailored, personalised service and trust that your experience will be unforgettable.

Standard Conference Equipment:

  • Air-conditioned room, adjustable flipchart, HDMI projector, speaker and microphone, Wi-Fi.
  • Water and mints will be provided throughout the day.
  • Additional equipment can be arranged on request (flipchart paper, notepads & pens, spa treatments, etc.).

Rates:

Full-day Conference Package: R750p/p (8 hours)

This rate includes:

  • On Arrival: Coffee and tea (self-help service).
  • Mid-Morning: Coffee and tea (self-help service) with one savoury canapé.
  • Lunch: Lasagne, Ciabatta bread and salad (Vegetarian option available) – One beverage included.
  • Afternoon Refreshments: Coffee and tea (self-help service) with one sweet canapé.

Please enquire about additional catering / dietary requirements.

Terms & Conditions:

(Subject to change at any time.)

  • We require a 50% deposit along with a signed agreement within 48 hours to secure your booking.
  • The balance of your account is payable 14 days prior to your conference.
  • Should you utilize the venue for longer than booked, an additional fee will be charged.
  • Please note the premises closes at 18h00.
  • Any additional fees are payable within 7 days after your conference/function.
  • Mooikelder is a licensed premise. Alcoholic refreshments can be arranged. Own drinks will be subject to R50 corkage charge.

Furniture and Equipment

  • No permanent alterations are allowed such as nails, hooks or tack against the wall, roof, or frames.
  • No presstick, glue or tape allowed on the painted walls.
  • Any additional furniture must be arranged when booking.
  • Damage to Mooikelder property including furniture and/or equipment will be charged for accordingly.
